Featured Seasonal Pests:
Rodents
In addition to creating fire hazards, mice also damage stored items in attics, basements, garages, libraries and museums. Many items such as books, paintings, documents and family heirlooms may be impossible to replace.
Mice and their parasites may transmit diseases to humans. Among some of the diseases transmitted are: salmonellosis (food poisoning), rickett-sialpox, and lymphocytic choriomeningitis. Mice may also carry ratbite fever, tapeworms and organisms that can cause ringworms (a fungal skin disease) in humans.
Mice produce quickly. Do not allow them to become a large population before you try to control their infestation. The larger the population becomes, the more difficult and time consuming it becomes to rid the premises of the mice.
We suggest you call a professional when you first notice evidence of any rodent infestation.
